You can also define the tasks that you are allowed to perform against a Service Agreement as well through the Service Tasks.

How to do it…
To configure Service Tasks, follow these steps:
- From the Service management area page, select the Service tasks menu item from the Setup group.
- Within the Service tasks maintenance form, click the New button in the menu bar to create a Service task record.
- Then assign your Service task a code and Description.
- Repeat this process to add as many Service Tasks as you like and then click the Close button to exit the form.
